Ho lavorato a lungo in qualità di Maître d'Hotel e sono un Sommelier Professionista. Dopo esperienze lavorative in importanti Hotels, è all' Hotel Savoy di Londra che nasce la passione per il vino. Dopo un corso vini al Savoy Training Center, al ritorno in Italia ho frequentato i tre livelli da Sommelier con AIS. Mi piace partecipare alle varie kermesse enoiche e degustazioni guidate, calpestare i vigneti, visitare aziende vitivinicole e approfondire condividendo le mie esperienze in maniera semplice su questo Blog.
