Morellino di Scansano. Az. Celestina Fe’. Vino prodotto con Sangiovese in purezza, il primo nato in quest’azienda. Si presenta nel calice con un bel rosso rubino vivace che abbraccia una bella trasparenza. Al naso dimostra una buona complessità che evidenzia sentori di ciliegia, mora, rosmarino, macchia mediterranea con sussulti balsamici, fine ed elegante. Al gusto ti colpisce per il suo tannino morbido ma al contempo fresco e sapido. Buona la persistenza. Un vino armonico. Annata 2015.

L’azienda Celestina Fe’ nasce nel 1999 per volere di Moira Guerri, Maremmana Doc, che decide di acquistare un podere per poter realizzare il suo sogno, trasmesso da nonna Celestina. Quindi la missione è lavorare la terra, agli inizi con grandi sacrifici. Ma la sua passione e determinazione l’hanno portata a produrre con grande soddisfazione e ottimi risultati vini di eccellente qualità.

L’azienda si trova a Montiano, nel comune di Magliano in Toscana, all’interno della Docg Morellino di Scansano. In altre occasioni ho avuto la possibilità di degustare anche gli altri vini che produce. Il di 11 giugno è stata la volta della celebrazione per il 40esimo anniversario della nascita della Morellino di Scansano Doc. Quindi unico vino che Moira aveva in degustazione al banco d’assaggio alle ex scuole elementari.

The company Celestina Fe ‘was founded in 1999 by the will of Moira Guerri, Maremma Doc, who decided to buy a farm in order to realize his dream, transmitted by Celestina grandmother. So the mission is to work the earth, starting out with great sacrifices. But his passion and determination led her to produce excellent results with great satisfaction and excellent quality wines.
